Fly LJU Ljubljana, rent a car. 1 day Ljubljana. Day 2 to Bled, stay overnight, island church and castle. Day 3 Triglav National Park, Lake Bohinj. Day 4 drive to Zagreb 2h. 1 day Zagreb upper town. Day 5 drive Plitvice Lakes National Park 2h, overnight. Day 6 drive Split 3h30m. 2 days Split: Diocletian's Palace, a Hvar or Vis day trip by ferry. Day 8 drive to Dubrovnik 3h coastal route. 3 days Dubrovnik: Old Town walls, Lokrum Island, kayak sunset. Day 11 drive to Kotor, Montenegro 2h (border crossing). 2 days Kotor: fortress hike, Perast boat, Lovcen National Park. Day 13 drive back Dubrovnik, day 14 fly DBV. Or return car Tivat and fly TIV.
