Days 1-3: sushi omakase at Sukiyabashi Jiro Roppongi (Takashi, the son's branch — easier to book), whisky bars in Ginza, Teamlab Borderless, a Michelin-starred kaiseki dinner. Day 4 shinkansen to Hakone, 1 night at a traditional ryokan with private onsen (Gora Hanaougi or Hakone Gora Byakudan). Day 5 shinkansen Hakone-Kyoto (3h via Odawara). 4 nights at Aman Kyoto or Hoshinoya. Days 5-8: private tea ceremony, Nanzen-ji, a temple-stay morning, Arashiyama bamboo sunrise before crowds, private geisha dinner in Gion. Day 9 shinkansen Kyoto-Osaka 15min, final night at the St Regis Osaka, Dotonbori. Day 10 fly KIX.
