Delete your account

From inside the app or website

1. Sign in to your account at flightq.app/sign-in.
2. Open Account Settings (your profile picture → Settings).
3. Scroll to the Danger zone section near the bottom.
4. Tap Delete account, type delete to confirm, and submit. The deletion is permanent and immediate — there is no undo.

If you can't sign in

If you've lost access to your sign-in email or are otherwise locked out, email blog@flightq.app from the email address associated with your account. Include the phrase “Please delete my FlightQ account” and we'll verify ownership and process the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Account deletion permanently removes:

• Your FlightQ profile, display name, and home airport.
• All game history, scores, streaks, and stats.
• Your flight passport and any public passport link.
• Saved trips and trip-builder data.
• Your account itself — you cannot sign back in with the same email address afterwards.

What is retained

Aggregate, anonymized analytics that cannot be tied back to you (e.g. “how many people played SkyQ today”) are retained for product analytics. Any active subscription is not automatically refunded; cancel it separately through Apple (iOS), Google Play (Android), or your billing portal (web) before deleting the account.
