How do I play the daily puzzle?+
A new mystery flight goes up each day. Work from the clues you get, duration, aircraft type, airline, and direction, to name the departure and destination airports. You get five guesses, on Easy, Medium, or Hard. Everything older sits in the Archive.
What does Premium unlock?+
Ad-free play, unlimited practice puzzles, deeper stats, and early access to new puzzle variants. Subscribe from the Premium tab in the iOS app, or at flightq.app/pricing on the web.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
On iOS, open Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then FlightQ, then Cancel. On the web, open Profile and choose Manage Subscription. Either way it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so Premium stays on until then.
My streak or stats look wrong+
Check that you are signed in to the same account everywhere. Signed in, stats sync to your account; signed out, they stay on that one device, which is usually what has happened. If it still looks wrong, email support@flightq.app from your account address and we will dig into it.
How do I reset my password?+
Go to flightq.app/forgot-password and enter your email. The reset link lands within a few minutes. Check spam if it does not.
How do I delete my account?+
Open Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account. That permanently removes your profile, game history, streaks, trips, and saved preferences. Web subscriptions are cancelled and verified first. An active Apple or Google Play subscription has to be cancelled in that store before you start, and if we cannot verify billing your account stays where it is so you can try again.
