Common questions
How do I play the daily puzzle?+
Each day a new mystery flight is revealed. Use clues like duration, aircraft type, airline, and route to identify the departure and destination airports. You have five guesses across three difficulty levels — Easy, Medium, and Hard. Past puzzles are available in the Archive.
What does Premium unlock?+
Ad-free play, unlimited practice puzzles, advanced statistics, early access to new puzzle variants, and Premium-only content. Subscribe via the Premium tab inside the app on iOS, or at flightq.app/pricing on the web.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
On iOS: open Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → FlightQ → Cancel. On the web: open Profile → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium access until then.
My streak / stats look wrong+
Make sure you're signed in to the same account on every device. Stats sync to your account when signed in but stay device-local for guests. If something still looks off, email support@flightq.app with your account email and we'll investigate.
How do I reset my password?+
Go to flightq.app/forgot-password and enter your email. We'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check spam if you don't see it.
How do I delete my account?+
Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, game history, streaks, trips, and saved preferences. Cancel any active subscription first if you don't want it to keep auto-renewing.
