What We Collect

FlightQ collects minimal data to operate the game and improve the experience:

• Account data — If you create an account, we store your email address, display name, and home airport preference. Account creation is optional.
• Game data— Puzzle results, guesses, streaks, and stats are stored to power leaderboards, groups, and your profile. Anonymous visitors are assigned a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage.
• Usage analytics — We use analytics tools to understand how players interact with the site. This includes pages visited, features used, and general engagement patterns.
• Session recordings - We record a small random sample of browsing sessions so we can reproduce bugs that players report. A recording captures on-screen activity such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation. Anything you type into a form field is masked before it leaves your browser, so we never see it. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.
• Location (approximate) — We use IP-based geolocation to show regional stats (country and city level). We do not collect precise GPS coordinates.
• Cookies— We use cookies for authentication sessions, analytics, and (on most pages) to deliver and measure advertising. See "Advertising" below.

What We Don't Do

• --We do not sell your account email or display name. See "Advertising" for what may be shared with our ad partners.
• --We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing.
• --We do not collect payment information (all external booking links go directly to third-party sites).

Advertising

FlightQ is monetized in part through display advertising managed by Venatus and its advertising partners. These partners may set cookies and use similar technologies to deliver, measure, and personalize ads based on your activity on this site and other sites you visit.

The categories of data shared with advertising partners may include device and browser information, IP address, approximate (city / country level) location, and pages you view. We do not share your account email or display name with advertising partners.

EU and UK visitors will see a consent prompt and can change preferences at any time. California and other applicable U.S. residents can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the site footer. Data Retention

Game data and account data are retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we permanently remove your profile, game history, and any email-subscription records tied to your email address. Anonymous visitor identifiers are stored in your browser and can be cleared at any time by clearing local storage.

Your Choices

• --You can play without creating an account.
• --You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings in the app (or by contacting us). This permanently removes your profile, game history, and any email-subscription records tied to your email address.
• --You can clear local storage in your browser to reset all anonymous game data.

Children

FlightQ is a general audience game. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
