London Stansted Airport

London Stansted Airport is the third-busiest airport in the United Kingdom and the largest base for Ryanair in the world. STN handles around 28 million passengers per year and sits about 40 miles northeast of central London. The airport is dominated by Ryanair, with significant operations from Jet2, easyJet, Tui, and several other low-cost carriers. STN's focus on low-cost and leisure traffic has made it the most Ryanair-heavy airport in the world. The airport has a single main terminal designed by Norman Foster. STN is connected to central London by the Stansted Express train, which reaches Liverpool Street Station in about 50 minutes.
