1. From September 29, choose Easy, Medium or Hard at the top. Each difficulty has its own daily airline, six guesses and saved progress. Earlier archive days keep their original single puzzle. Choose Unlimited to keep playing with a separate saved round.
2. Study the tail colours. The opening pie chart shows how much of the fin each colour covers.
3. Type an airline name or IATA code, then select a suggestion to make your guess.
4. A wrong guess rearranges the same coloured pixels, bringing the tail design a little more into focus.
5. Name the airline within six guesses. Even the sixth clue is soft; the crisp tail is revealed when the round ends.
6. Open your result to share, or choose View aircraft to inspect the full livery.

Search by airline name, IATA code or country. Choose a suggestion to submit it. You can also move through suggestions with the arrow keys and press Enter. Escape closes the suggestions. You cannot submit the same airline twice.

The opening colour proportions are a clue. The colours keep their exact shares throughout the game; wrong guesses move the pixels toward the actual design. Look for the emerging shape of an emblem or the direction of a stripe. The sharp tail appears only after a win or your sixth guess.
